Welcome to Handy Warehouse Ltd. We sell a vast range of Construction Hardware, Building Supplies, Hand or Power Tools and renovation Supplies for DIYers and Professionals. All our product prices are GST inclusive and contain the appropriate warranty. WE DO NOT PARALLEL IMPORT.

Payments


Payment:
Payment instructions are automatically sent to successful purchaser, containing bank account details or pickup address. We require that payment is made in full within 5 working days.

Payment Methods:
We aim to be as accommodating as possible to our customers and accept various payment methods:

Bank desposit:
Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the purchase number. If no reference number is included, this may delay the delivery process.

Credit cards:
We accept Mastercard, and Visa in store. We do not process Mastercard and Visa card payments over email, phone or fax.

Cash & Eftpos:
Both Accepted in Store.


Cheques:
We do accept cheques as payment but please allow 3 working days for the cheques to clear before items are sent. Cheques are not acceptable for pickups.

Laybys:
Layby sales are for in-store only and is only available on purchases over $500. Purchases through layby will be subject to an agreement and cancellation fee which is variable and determined at the time of purchase.

GST:
We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

 

Shipping


Deliveries:
Deliveries will be despatched ASAP by courier after payment is received and cleared. Be aware that larger items can take approx. 2 – 5 days for the courier to deliver and it may take a few days for payment to show in our bank account.

IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK PRODUCT FULLY BEFORE PLACING HIS/HER SIGNATURE FOR THE COURIER.

IN NO EVENT, SHALL HANDY WAREHOUSE LTD HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AGAINST SIGNED PARCELS.

Pick ups:
You are most welcome to come to our store to pick up purchases. As we are a busy store, please indicate that your purchase is via website and bring your purchase reference number. This way we can ensure that the process is fast and smooth.

CASH, EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD is Available in Store.

 

Returns

In the very unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods returns must be made within 7 days. Handy Warehouse Ltd supplies will repair, replace or refund your item (at our discretion). 

Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly.

Please make sure the listing you purchase from us is what you want prior to purchase, read all relevant information on products and warranties, returns must be made within 7 days and the product is sent back to us at the "buyers Expense". All courier and postage charges are non-refundable. If in Doubt, please ask.

Once order is placed, you have read and agreed to all our terms and conditions.

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and do our best to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery but please do inform us of the incident immediately. We will place a claim application against your product, and replacement or refund for the product will only be given once courier settles the claim with us.

Warranty


Please refer to the description of each specific product for different length of warranty periods. An invoice is to be presented for all warranty claims.

 

All products are subject to manufacturer's warranty and we direct all claims to accredited agency without being directly liable to purchaser.

 

Warranty covers products against defects in workmanship and materials. Damage/s from misuse, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or addition voids warranty.


Applicable products contain a standard 30 day Return to Base Warranty for defects or malfunction for listings that do not include any warranty information or else warranty would be specified. Warranty products are returned at Buyer’s Expense (including postage) for any warranty cases.

 

·         It is the buyer's responsibility to check and report any damage or DOA (Death on Arrival) condition problem via email within 48 hours upon receiving the item. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested as proof of damage. In case of damage in transit, the original package such as the courier satchel/ticket, the boxes and/or cartons must be returned together with the product(s) for investigation in order to make claims.

·         Warranty is not transferable beyond the original buyer.

·         Invoices are required as proof of purchase.
